We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in records management
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Experience with calendar management software
- Experience answering phones
- Great customer service
Responsibilities:
- Maintain calendars and schedule appointments
- Arrange meetings and conference calls
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and mailing
- Answer phones and properly route phone calls
- First point of contact for new clients calling in
Skills:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will use your excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and colleagues. You will use your strong organizational and time management skills to maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings, initiate intakes for new client, gather all required paperwork, monitor authorizations for services.
