What You’ll Do:
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as the Senior Director of Financial and Supply Chain Systems. This newly created role reports to the Chief Information officer of the company. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing our engineering stack to drive our financial and supply chain systems' efficiency, reliability, and user experience. You will be responsible for all the software systems that support our core operations across supply chain optimization, planning and delivery, financial reporting, asset management, billing, and invoicing. The systems you build will drive optimizations around billions of dollars of infrastructure spend.
You will play a pivotal role in bolstering our capabilities and driving the growth of our infrastructure. You will drive innovation in IT processes, enhance system efficiencies, and maintain robust security measures, fostering continuous improvement within the IT department. Additionally, you will ensure that our enterprise applications, critical to business operations, are seamlessly integrated and optimized to meet the needs of a rapidly growing company.
Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for CoreWeave’s internal IT function, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives and industry best practices.
Oversee the implementation and optimization of financial IT systems, including ERP, procurement, invoice processing, asset management, and integration with billing and supply chain planning.
Automate and track quarterly financial closes to ensure accuracy and timeliness for the finance teams.
Drive the system architecture to create seamless integration across sales, capacity planning, supply chain, finance and revenue management. Create a single pane of glass to create consolidated dashboards to enable teams to do scenario planning, track execution against plans of record and drive the rhythm of the business.
Automate and integrate multiple IT systems to support the flow of financial and procurement information between tools.
Work with CoreWeave’s Cyber Security team to implement strong security and compliance practices to ensure the company can scale efficiently without compromising security.

Who You Are:
12+ years in a senior leadership role, with a track record of building and scaling IT organizations and managing large complex projects in high-growth environments.
Proven experience in developing financial systems, supply chain systems, and sales workflows. Ability to work closely with cross-functional partners across sales, finance, engineering, and product teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
MBA or Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering or related field preferred
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $225,000-$250,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
