Amazon Publisher Monetization Analytics (APMA) is the first call for all things publisher monetization data - from ad delivery triage to sell-through optimization and APM-wide strategic initiatives. We serve an indispensable role as the only analytics with a comprehensive end-to-end view of the publisher business. Enabling this objective requires converging complex, decentralized, and fragmented data sources into streamlined, actionable insights to drive the business forward. This provides an opportunity for the right individual to be the central driving force behind the most visible, ambiguous, and impactful initiatives.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable mechanisms to improve BIE throughout. You will drive large scale cross-functional initiatives to integrate data stack solutions, onboard new data pipelines, improve upstream data usability, and implement generative AI/LLM to create new data classification models.
This role requires deep expertise in the principles of analytics program management, data pipeline onboarding, data governance, and use cases to integrate a variety of AWS data platforms. You should have excellent business and interpersonal skills to be able to work with business owners to understand data requirements, BIEs to streamline their analytics backlog for maximum operational efficiency, and DE/SDEs to implement data stack solutions and upstream product/feature/capability logging to improve data collection quality. You should be an authority at building a scalable set of mechanisms to manage the analytics backlog for maximum BIE throughput and driving technical programs to improve upstream and downstream data usability.
