We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our senior executive team and assist with recruitment activities. This 3-month contract role is well-suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess strong multitasking and interpersonal abilities.


Responsibilities:


Executive Support:

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and revise correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure executives have the necessary resources for their meetings.


Recruitment Coordination:

  • Organize interview schedules and manage all related logistics.
  • Serve as the primary contact for candidates, providing prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
  • Assist in creating and posting job descriptions across various platforms.
  • Maintain organized recruitment files for easy access.


General Administrative Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Ensure that electronic and physical filing systems remain organized.
  • Support onboarding for new hires, including preparing welcome kits.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure efficient administrative operations.


Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associates degree or higher is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an administrative role; experience in recruitment support is advantageous.


Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.

Additional Information:

  • Duration: 3 months, with the potential for extension based on business needs.
  • Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week).
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience.
