About the Role:

Job Title: Administrative Assistant.


Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar and schedule management - Manage complex calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with other departments to optimize executives' time.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination - Organize team meetings, department-wide events, and potential client or partner meetings, handling logistics, materials, and communications.
  • Communication Liaison - Acting as the first point of contact, admins manage communication on behalf of executive, handling correspondence, filtering information, and ensuring prompt follow-up.
  • Project and Task Management - Support of variety of project-based tasks, managing timelines, budgets, and coordinating deliverables.
  • Travel and Expense Management - Arranging travel itineraries, booking accommodations, and managing travel-related expenses.
  • Data and Document Management - Manage files, data, and other documents, keeping records organized and accessible.



Must Haves:

  • Minimum 5 years experience with Calendaring and scheduling in a professional role
  • Minimum 5 years experience with Office 365 (Outlook specifically)
  • Minimum 5 years experience with Event coordinating lifecycle (start to finish)



Location: Redmond, WA. (Hybrid 2-3 days on site)


Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $65,000- $75,000 Annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
