About the Role:

Job Title:

• Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate current operational procedures, identify inefficiencies, and propose strategies to achieve operational excellence.
• Builds relationships and collaborates with business units, development teams, and other stakeholders to gather, analyze and prioritize requests.
• Ensures that complex requirements are executable, testable, complete and not ambiguous.
• Documents and elicits requirements through user stories, use cases, process flow diagrams, etc.
• Technical skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Viso and Jira (or similar tool).

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ Years of experience in IT.
• Ability to analyze data within systems and understand workflow.
• Familiar with data analysis tools and software.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including IT.
• Healthcare Experience (Claims, Medicare, and Medicaid).

Desired Qualifications:

• Good Communication.

Location:

• Richardson, TX OR Chicago, IL (Hybrid 3 days/week)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $90,000- $100,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
