We are looking for a Part-Time Administrative Specialist.

The Administrative Specialist will interface with fellow team members to support the administrative and accounting functions of the office. This entry-level position includes detailed data entry using our internal accounting software and Microsoft Office products. This role will also require light reception/phone duties and filing.  The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, great time management skills, and the flexibility to incorporate other duties as needed.  This position is part-time Mon, Wed, and Thurs. from 8 am – 1 pm.

Familiarity with the construction environment is a plus.  We offer a casual workspace.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of customer service and data entry experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Office specifically Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organized
  • Proficient in using computer systems and typing
  • Ability to handle incoming calls and messages
