Job Description
Provide support to Owner of Private Real Estate & Property Management office.
This is PART-TIME position and applicant MUST have office administrative experience, preferably in real estate, property, or project management. Possibility for remote or in-person at our Tampa office. Flexible 10-20 hours week. Pay commensurate with experience and proven skills, starting at $18-22/hr.
Skills/Responsibilities:
· Great Computer skills & experience
· Must have good communication and be comfortable speaking on the phone
· Problem solving skills and being resourceful to complete tasks/projects
· Ability to manage projects and follow through to completion
· Ability to write correspondence and create & edit documents using different formats, being conscious of wording
· Tenant and vendor relations / customer service skills / resolving issues
· Organized
· Ability to work independently
