Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Pest Control Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, the receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring that all client inquiries, appointments, and concerns are handled efficiently and professionally. The receptionist must have excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer inbound phone calls and respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for pest control services
- Maintain accurate client records and update information in the company database
- Proactively communicate with our field technicians to ensure optimal scheduling and service delivery
- Assist with generating quotes, invoices, and processing payments using our software system
- Monitor and respond to emails, faxes, and other forms of communication in a timely manner
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, and supplies management
- Stay up-to-date with company services, pricing, and promotions to effectively assist clients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and meeting rooms- -- Create a schedule for the technician's daily routes
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of pest control services and terminology is a plus

- You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive the company's success.
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm with a 1/2 lunch break
