Responsibilities
Understanding all aspects of how the office is most efficiently and effectively run
Using phone and computer to arrange appointments and manage the office schedule
Drafting and editing correspondence and documents for the doctor
Researching, compiling, and summarizing information for reports and presentations
Inputting and updating information in applications, databases, and spreadsheets
Maintaining physical and digital filing systems for staff documents
Coordinating logistics, agendas, and documentation for staff meetings and trainings
Managing calendars and travel arrangements for staff and doctor
Assisting with social media accounts, postings, correspondence, and marketing events
Operating and maintaining office equipment and restocking supplies
Coordinating with organizational leadership to place orders and pay bills
Working with maintenance staff, vendors, and community businesses
Ensuring safety and compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and security with sensitive information
Setting up coworkers for success by knowing what they need and when they need it
