The client is looking for someone who can multitask, has admin experience, self-motivator, and great with time management. **Job title** : Administrative Assistant **Job Summary** The candidate will work as an Administrative Assistant for a top executive within a major functional area or profit center at ABB. Responsibilities include handling confidential administrative tasks, improving customer relations, guiding new support staff, composing correspondence, manipulating data on spreadsheets and database software programs, coordinating information for standard and special requests, answering phone calls, making travel arrangements, and organizing meetings and conferences.
