How You Will Make an Impact

  • Executive Administrative Assistant will manage the executive's schedule, meeting preparations, follow-up tasks, and arrange complex travel arrangements
  • Conduct research and information gathering on behalf of the executive and prepare summary reports
  • Executive Administrative Assistant will use discretion, judgement, and knowledge of the organization to facilitate the executive's activities, respond to high level correspondence and maintain confidentiality
  • File important documents, reports and records
  • Executive Administrative Assistant will greet visitors and escort them to their meetings with executives
  • Perform routine office work such as ordering supplies, bookkeeping tasks, maintain records and databases and manage computer systems
  • Executive Administrative Assistant will attend meetings, transcribe and distribute minutes from meetings
  • Look for ways to improve workflows, expenditures and office procedures

What You Bring to the Table

  • Minimum 5 years' experience supporting executive level professionals
  • Must have excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of meetings
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to maintain excellent organizational and active listening skills in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals as well as follow on pending task
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with duties
  • Associate's Degree in Office Management or Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration, Business Information Systems, Business Administration or a related Degree preferred
  • Experience in scheduling domestic and international travel arrangements strongly preferred
