Senior Administrative Assistant

A company in the Oklahoma City are is looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative and office functions. This role involves performing a range of tasks that ensure the efficient operation of the office, including managing calendars, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and assisting with project coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- :Office Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling mail and deliveries
- .Document Preparation: Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations. Assist in maintaining and organizing files, both physical and digital
- .Meeting & Event Coordination: Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, arrange meeting logistics, and take minutes as needed
- .Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails, respond to inquiries, and redirect messages as necessary. Assist in communication between departments and with clients, vendors, and partners
- .Data Entry & Database Management: Maintain and update databases, contact lists, and records. Enter data accurately and ensure records are up to date
- .Office Organization: Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory. Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and ready for use
- .Project Support: Assist with the planning and execution of various projects, providing administrative support as needed (e.g., coordinating schedules, gathering materials, tracking progress)
- .Miscellaneous Tasks: Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the supervisor or team

Qualification
- s:Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferre
