- Review and validate paperwork submitted by customers
- Assist in processing applications to identify appropriate next steps
- Create and send documents to customers
- Review and manage documents returned by customers
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in financial services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently
- This is a contract position
