Addison Group's client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Assistant to provide support to their team in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract role with an immediate start.

Job Description:

The Senior Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level support to senior management and executives. The role requires handling calendar management, processing invoices, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing event logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendar scheduling for senior leadership.
  • Support senior management and executives with daily administrative tasks.
  • Review, process, and track invoices, updating the team on their status.
  • Arrange and coordinate all logistics for travel plans.
  • Maintain invoice tracking spreadsheets and ensure they are updated daily.
  • Coordinate office events and meeting logistics.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience providing senior administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and Concur.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
  • Reliable and capable of working independently.
  • Educational background preferred but not required (experience can compensate).
