Job Description:
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Government Relations, assisting with a variety of tasks ranging from calendar management and travel coordination to event planning and project management. This role requires a detail-oriented, adaptable individual who excels in a fast-paced, structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex executive calendars and schedule meetings.
- Coordinate travel plans and handle related logistics.
- Process and track invoices, updating the team regularly.
- Organize and support internal and external events, including meeting logistics.
- Assist with project management tasks, ensuring smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in project management supporting executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus (MS Dynamics or Salesforce preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a process-driven environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
