About Our Client:

One of Addison Group’s nonprofit clients, dedicated to impactful missions, is seeking a Bilingual Executive Assistant to support their CEO and team for a temporary engagement.


Job Description:

This role requires providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO while overseeing daily tasks, board meeting preparations, and travel logistics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive administrative support to the CEO
  • Coordinating and drafting meeting materials, including agendas and minutes, for Board meetings
  • Managing travel arrangements and related logistics
  • Processing expense reports and reviewing budget documents

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of executive assistant experience in nonprofit settings
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Strong soft skills, including collaboration, professionalism, communication, and being a self-starter
  • Education preferred, but experience can compensate
