Senior Product Manager

to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead one of our product squads, shaping and executing the product roadmap and launching products that deliver value for our customers. This isn’t just about shipping features—it’s about solving meaningful problems for our customers, driving measurable outcomes, and continuously improving how we deliver value. , you’ll help drive decisions that keep us ahead of the curve, guiding the product through our next stage of growth with confidence, clarity, and creativity. Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

Develop and manage the product roadmap in alignment with company goals, ensuring it reflects customer needs and market trends. Cross-functional Leadership:

Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver products on time and within scope. Customer Insights & Research:

Gather and analyze customer feedback, conduct market research, and translate insights into actionable product features and improvements. Feature Prioritization:

Use data, customer feedback, and business objectives to prioritize product features, balancing short-term goals with long-term strategic vision. Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution:

Partner with marketing and sales teams to define GTM strategies, ensuring the successful launch and growth of products. Product Lifecycle Management:

Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and development to launch, growth, and iteration. PLG & Experimentation:

Implement product-led growth strategies and leverage experimentation frameworks to optimize product adoption and feature impact. Performance Metrics:

Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future product decisions. Stakeholder Collaboration and Alignment:

Drive alignment between key stakeholders and act as a liaison, keeping them informed of progress, timelines, and any challenges or changes. What We’re Looking For:

Product Leadership : 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven ability to lead in high-growth SaaS environments—ideally during the scaling phases of Series A or

B. Strategic Thinking : You’re comfortable balancing the big picture with the details. You can zoom out to think long-term and zoom in to focus on immediate execution. Customer-Centric : You know how to listen and are deeply curious about customers’ needs. You’ll use this insight to guide product decisions that make a difference. Data-Driven : You’re adept at using data and customer feedback to back your decisions, yet you’re also mindful of when to trust your instincts and lean on qualitative insights. Collaboration & Influence : You’ve worked closely with engineers, designers, and company leaders, and you know how to foster a collaborative environment where the best ideas win. Strong Communicator : Whether written or verbal, you communicate with clarity and confidence and break down complex concepts in ways that resonate with everyone. Proven track record of launching products from concept through growth stages Expertise in utilizing PLG (Product-Led Growth) strategies to drive user activation and adoption Experience implementing experimentation frameworks to assess the impact of new features and products Deep experience with B2B SaaS, particularly in sales, revenue operations, and compensation Strong understanding of sales team operations, including key processes and tools used Why QuotaPath?
