Weed Man Lawn Care is a local established company that is growing and always looking to ‘Make a Positive Impact.’  We are looking for individuals who have that same passion and would like to join us as a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. This person must show they have a positive attitude, work/act professionally, pursue excellence in all they do, and work well within a team.
Receptionist / Administrative Assistant is responsible for coordinating various tasks and functions to ensure office operations always run smoothly.  Tasks include, but not limited to, front office reception, administration duties, answering phones, scheduling meetings and appointments. 

Responsibilities:
•    Answer phones and route calls to specific people.
•    Answer inquiries about company and services within a timely manner.
•    Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
•    Schedule meetings and arrange appointments and inspections.
•    Perform various clerical tasks as needed (file papers, organize supplies, etc.)
•    Send emails, faxes, and scan documents.
•    Process payments.
•    Perform data entry and administrative tasks.
•    Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required to meet the goals of the company.

 Qualifications:
•    Must have good listening skills and organizational skills.
•    Requires computer skills and the ability to work in Microsoft Office.
•    A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
•    Experience using office machinery (fax, printer, copier, phone system etc.)
•    Ability to demonstrate flexibility and initiative in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
•    Ability to prioritize, multitask and work independently while remaining organized.
•    Great attitude upbeat and energetic positive and team oriented.
•    Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
•    Administrative work or sales experience preferred.
•    Must be detail oriented.
•    Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with a diverse group of external and internal customers.


 Compensation and Benefits:
•    Starting Wage: Based on experience.
•    Time and a half over 40 hours.
