Our growing company is seeking an Administrative Office Assistant to support multiple divisions, with a primary focus on the mailroom function. This is an exciting chance to be part of a company with plenty of room for growth while helping to streamline key operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Mailroom Management: Oversee all aspects of the mailroom, ensuring smooth processing of incoming and outgoing mail for both internal and external clients.
- Shipping & Receiving: Monitor daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
- Document Preparation: Prepare important documents to be mailed, ensuring they reach clients efficiently and on time.
- Client Communication: Answer client calls, take messages, and forward inquiries, providing a positive and professional customer experience.
- Postage Account Management: Manage postage accounts for our external customers, maintaining accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of administrative support experience, especially in shipping and receiving.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills to navigate office systems.
- Detail-Oriented: The ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
- Positive Attitude: A team player who thrives in a fast-paced and growing environment, eager to contribute to the success of the team and company.
