Position Summary & Responsibilities:
Position Summary:
This Temporary Administrative Assistant position is located in Topeka, at the Eisenhower State Office Building, and is within the Office of Civil Rights. This position reviews, scans, uploads, indexes, and verifies past and current files related to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), serves as backup receptionist, and provides other general office support as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: Six months of experience in general office, clerical, or administrative support work.
Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency. Transcripts are required for education to be considered.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Suite, Adobe Professional, and records management workflow software.
Post-Offer/Pre-employment Requirements: Kansas Tax Clearance Certificate required in accordance with Executive Order 2004-03.
