The Executive Director of FP&A will play a critical role in driving the financial planning, consolidation, and analysis processes across Tenneco's global operations. This strategic leader will work closely with senior executives and regional finance teams to ensure timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in global consolidation, complex analysis, and a track record of adding value through actionable insights. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and leadership capability. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Global Financial Consolidation: Lead the consolidation of financial statements across multiple regions and business units. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with corporate standards and timelines. Financial Planning and Forecasting: Develop, manage, and optimize robust financial planning and forecasting processes, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial projections. Analysis and Insights: Drive deep financial analysis on business performance, operational efficiency, and profitability across the organization. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support informed decision-making at the executive level. Strategic Business Partnering: Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO, business unit leaders, and other senior executives, providing insights to support key strategic initiatives and financial goals. Process Improvement and Standardization: Identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline FP&A processes, and implement best practices across regions and business units to ensure efficiency and consistency. Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reporting tools for executive leadership, ensuring real-time visibility into financial metrics and performance indicators. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a collaborative culture focused on excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Experience: 10+ years of experience in FP&A, with a strong emphasis on global financial consolidation and analysis within a large, complex organization. Proven track record in a similar role within the automotive or industrial sectors is preferred. Skills: Expertise in financial systems and tools, specifically OneStream and SAP. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering actionable insights. Exceptional communication and presentation skills; capable of effectively engaging with C-level executives. Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams across multiple geographies. An Equal Opportunity Employer.
