Reports to: Sales and Marketing Specialist

Starting Salary: TBD (contingent upon experience and driving record)

Hours/Week: 45 Hrs. Per Week; May vary upon season

Classification: Exempt

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.); or equiv. exp.

SUMMARY:

  • This position is primarily responsible for providing administrative assistance in any capacity to the Sales and Marketing Specialist, Area Managers, Account Managers, and National Accounts team by performing the duties listed below.
Requirements:

MAIN TASKS/JOB DUTIES/GOALS:

  • Reports to Sales and Marketing Specialist
  • Become fully acquainted with the EoStar system
  • Assist in entering and monitoring daily orders (including order phone line and orders email)
  • Assist in weekly allocations for special release products
  • Provide weekly/monthly reporting to supplies as needed (including VIP and SRS)
  • Call on identified inside sales customer base with correct frequencies (develop face to face interaction frequency)
  • Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations new business channel planning and marketing, trended future requirements and new market roll outs
  • Develop and implement new channel business with marketing aspects (golf courses, movie theaters, etc.)
  • Maintain promotional calendar, pricing grids, and pricing in eoStar
  • Set COGS, PTR, and service pricing for HWB as directed
  • Assist in creating new products in eoStar to include pricing and laid in cost manager adjustments
  • Assist updating customer pricing databases
  • Organize and maintain POS room
  • Track and maintain festival/event equipment (jockey boxes, tents, CO2 tanks)
  • Oversees all dock sale appointments
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws
  • Other duties and reporting as assigned by supervisor(s)
