Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our store team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and helping drive sales growth. The Retail Store Manager will also manage staff and inventory and contribute to financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership and TeamManagement: Recruit, train, and supervise store staff. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Sales and Profitability: Help the general manager develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets. Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage ordering processes to ensure product availability.
• Store Operations: Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Financial Management: Manage store budgets, control expenses, and optimize profitability.
• Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team on local advertising efforts.
