Joe Brand is hiring: Retail Sales Manager in Laredo

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to lead our sales team and drive them towards achieving store and sales goals while improving their customer relationship and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed store sales goals. Foster a customer-centric environment by ensuring exceptional customer service standards. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Oversee all aspects of merchandise and communication with merchant and vendors such as special orders, returns, and damaged goods.
• Collaborate with sales team to create attractive displays that enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
• Recruit, train and develop a high-performing sales team. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. Contribute to strategic goals for the store and for each sales associate and set priorities by department.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor. Prepare regular reports for upper management on sales, performance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience in retail sales management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual preferred.
