What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and assist customers with flooring selections, sharing product knowledge and insights.
• Answer phones and emails with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Support the sales team with product knowledge, updates, and customer service.
• Help organize product orders, deliveries, and keep track of inventory.
• Coordinate with sales reps and vendors to keep everything running smoothly.
• Manage company newsletters and other fun ways of keeping our customers in the loop.
• Tackle various projects that keep the showroom organized and running efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• Customer service experience and a team-player spirit.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
• Ability to juggle tasks, stay organized, and handle surprises like a pro.
• Basic computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Positive, go-getter attitude ready to dive in and make a difference!

• Salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, based on experience.
