Responsibilities
Oversee the development and implementation of programs tailored to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
Develop and manage budgets for various programs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Foster relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and families to promote collaborative efforts in service delivery.
Monitor program effectiveness through data analysis and feedback, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
Lead administrative functions related to program management, including reporting and documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
Proven experience in managing programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Strong skills in program development and administrative oversight.
Experience in supervising staff and fostering team collaboration.
Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices is preferred.
Proficiency in budgeting and financial management related to program operations.
