The Opportunity: As an Acquisition Analysis Support Administrator, you will support the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO- CBRND) program. The JPEO-CBRND manages our nation’s investments in chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear defense equipment, and medical countermeasures battlespaces worldwide. This position requires a secret clearance.

Responsibilities:

As an Acquisition Analysis Support Administrator, you will: Provide expert analysis and advice on emerging technology and related application to include how technologies are developed, managed, matured, and approved for certain applications. Support the JPEO, INDOPACOM and other DoD and interagency partners as requested across the CBDP Enterprise to explore, develop, and shape requirements to support wearables technology usage across the command. Work closely with end users to take feedback on capability needs and translate them into requirements. Support table-top exercises, joint field exercises, experimentation planning, and wearables demonstrations to support DoD holistically. Analyze information and work collaboratively with representatives to understand physiological monitoring opportunities and limitations for adoption across the DoD. Support interagency collaborations on wearables technologies and their underlying technologies to ensure DoD capitalizes on lessons learned from interagency activities. Remain flexible to changing priorities and ideas while keeping project milestones on track. Propose and implement solutions to critical problems by creating actionable strategies and implementation plans to reallocate resources or efforts as required. Lead focused working groups and provide detailed summaries for wearable technology activities. Serve as the technical representative at meetings, conferences, and stakeholder engagements. Draft reports, including executive summaries, manuscripts, and other technical documents. Participate in various Government and non-Government IPTs to support wearable technology discussions across the JPEO and CBDP Enterprise. Relay issues, concerns, and perceptions of key stakeholders. Use CBRND strategic, operational, and tactical capabilities to apply Joint operational concepts and programs. Maintain communication with supervisors, peers, or subordinates via telephone, e-mail, or in person. Travel to remote locations for extended periods as required.

Qualifications:

Required: DoD Secret security clearance. PhD in Engineering, Science, Systems Management, Business Management, or a related discipline, as well as ten (10) years of general experience and six (6) years of relevant experience. Tradeoff Requirement: Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Systems Management, Business Management, or a related discipline, as well as twelve (12) years of general experience and eight (8) years of relevant experience. Capable of working independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as good organization skills to balance and prioritize work. Highly motivated, with great attention to detail and an ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. Desired: PMP certification.

Pay Range:

The proposed salary range for this position is $100,300 - $220,600. CACI is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
