Looking for a new opportunity as a Senior Data Analyst? We're representing a healthcare-focused startup (NYC-based, hybrid, EST remote-friendly) that’s tackling impactful challenges in the advanced illness space. 🚀

The Role

You'll join a collaborative Data & Analytics team focused on building robust, modern data pipelines and analytics solutions. Partnering with cross-functional teams like Growth, Product, Ops, and Finance, your work will empower better patient care through actionable insights.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Build analytics models, dashboards, and reports using SQL, dbt, and Looker.
• Enable stakeholders with data-driven insights and self-service data tools.
• Collaborate with Product-Dev to understand data flows from internal systems.
• Co-develop an intuitive data warehouse and participate in code reviews.

About You

• 2–6 years of experience in data analytics or analytics engineering.
• Skilled in SQL, with experience in dbt and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
• Excellent communicator, able to simplify complex data for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excited by startup environments and eager to grow with a mission-driven team.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with healthcare delivery and standards (e.g., Claims, ADT).
• Experience in seed/Series A startups or working with Git/GitHub.

Compensation & Details

• Salary: $100k–$145k (W-2)
• Location: Hybrid NYC or Remote (EST)
• Travel: Up to 15% (NYC and Jacksonville, FL)
