THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE The Sr. Marketing Data Analyst role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities: Contribute to the development and advancement of digital marketing strategy to advance organizational objectives and goals for line of business through data-driven analyses and visualizations. Write SQL queries and develop data visualizations to improve awareness and understanding of marketing performance throughout the organization and all lines of business. Conduct data mining and deep dive analyses into digital marketing results to develop recommendations, optimizations, and/or improvements to marketing strategy. Assist the Analytics team with ad-hoc requests from a variety of internal stakeholders. Deliver succinct, cohesive presentations to share findings with Analytics and other Marketing partners. THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Minimum Required Experiences: 2 years Desired Experiences: Bachelor's degree or equivalent Skills Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. Ability to understand organization of and relationships within data warehouse environments, as well as the ability to build complex SQL queries to extract structured datasets from those environments for use in reporting software. Ability to apply critical thinking and/or analytical thinking to real-world business problems. Ability to gather and articulate big picture insights from discrete and/or unstructured data sets. The group of skills related to Performance Measurement including evaluating programs and defining and measuring KPIs. Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data. The group of skills related to Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc. Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal. Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate findings from data-driven analyses into digestible insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
