We offer a line of connected products – bikes, rowers, treadmills, fitness mirrors – and an app experience allowing its members to participate in live and on-demand fitness classes.Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time dynamic Sales Analyst who also has hands-on technical skills. This position reports directly to the Sr. VP of Sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of sales analyst experience (experience with big box retailer data is a must), loves talking to people all day long, can make beautiful sales presentations in PowerPoint, and can also dive into the sales data and be an Excel Wizard. This role offers the opportunity to join a close-knit team and play a key role in shaping the future of Echelon Fitness.Responsibilities:Support the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth with various online customers.Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, sales agents, manufacturing representatives, and retail partners.Ensure excellent customer service – solving needs for retailers when they are out of stock, helping them stay in stock, and problem-solving as needed.Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product placement, promotions, and marketing efforts.Analyze sales data to uncover new areas of opportunity using Microsoft Excel to review data, develop insights, and present recommendations to management.Help improve processes and systems for more efficient account management.Grow the business through defining customer needs and meeting them.Stay updated on consumer, competitor, and market preferences to inform sales strategies.Assist in preparing and presenting a business plan, sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in sales analysis and strategy, with exposure to mass channels such as Walmart and Amazon.Analytical skills to interpret data and inform decision-making.Ability to create professional and compelling presentations in PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools.Strong relationship-building skills and comfort in communicating with customers.Passion for achieving goals and contributing to a team’s success.Creative and innovative mindset with a positive attitude.Ability to calculate margin, understand sales-related expenses, and associated modeling.Significant hands-on experience in implementation and customer consulting.Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain software product features and solutions.Self-starter mentality with the ability to work with minimal direction.Strongly Preferred:Experience with Amazon’s Vendor/Seller Central and Walmart’s Retail Link platforms.G Suite and Microsoft Office expertise, including Power BI in Microsoft Excel.#J-18808-Ljbffr
