You’ll collaborate with multi-functional teams, ensuring that our digital efforts align with business goals and drive significant outcomes.HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:Develop Adobe web analytics reports and dashboards to supervise user engagement on Herbalife websites and conversion rates and find opportunities.Conduct detailed analysis of sophisticated data sets to extract substantial insights related to distributors and customers behavior, digital engagement and business performance.Develop and deliver regular reports to supervise market trends, campa efficiencyness, customer retention rates, and other key performance indicators.Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights that can guide strategic decisions and improve digital initiatives, consumer behavior and digital marketing.Work closely with BI and data scientist teams to support cross functional analytics projects and AI initiatives.Apply analytical and creative methods to craft, program, and analyze customer surveys.Collaborate with Testing teams to build hypotheses, craft and execute A/B & Multivariate tests.Help define actionable recommendations for customer segmentation and targeted content initiatives based on customers behavior, demographics, and psychographics.Collaborate with digital product managers to use data-backed storytelling to advise features backlog and influence design to improve customer engagement and increase sales.Responsible for supervising queue of user requests, triage and presenting back to users within agreed upon SLA.Stay updated with the latest trends in analytics, consumer behavior, and digital marketing to improve the relevance and impact of insights.WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:You will be joining a multi-faceted and dynamic team that is charged with owning the development of measurement, analytics and insights for Herbalife’s digital transformation. Our team is based in US and Mexico but works cross-functionally with Global teams.QualificationsSKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:• 5+ years in statistical analysis, data mining and turning large volumes of data into understandable insights.• Strong skills with web analytics solutions, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.• Coding experience with SQL, Python or R for sophisticated data extraction and manipulation.• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Microstrategy or Looker.• Experience in forecasting, competitor analysis, including sophisticated benchmarking and gap analysis using tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, or SimilarWeb.• Sophisticated skills with Microsoft Excel including sophisticated data manipulation, pivot tables, and macros. Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint for crafting compelling presentations.• Strong problem-solving skills to address sophisticated questions with insightful managers• Proven ability to learn new technologies as needed.• Superb communication and presentation skills to articulate insights in a clear and persuasive manner to stakeholders with varying levels of analytical understanding.• Experience tracking performance of digital products like ecommerce, CRM, POS and mobile apps• Experience with project management through SAFe and Scrum.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.Education• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a technical field is required.• A master’s degree in a related field or an MBA preferred• Certifications in digital marketing, data analysis, data science or a related field desired.#LI-AR1At Herbalife, we value doing what’s right.
