We are in search of a Financial Analyst to join our team in Anaheim, California. As a Financial Analyst, you will be expected to analyze and evaluate financial data, research economic trends, and translate your findings into comprehensive reports. This role also involves creating financial models, making investment recommendations, and communicating with company officials to understand and meet company needs.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate current and historical financial data
• Study economic and business trends to gain industry-specific insights
• Recommend profitable investments and assess the performance of various investment portfolios
• Create financial models that aid investors in decision-making
• Translate complex financial data into comprehensive reports and presentations
• Engage in constant communication with company officials and C-suite executives to understand company needs
• Stay abreast of new technologies and market conditions to ensure informed decisions are made
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and CRM for effective management of financial data
• Apply Data Mining Techniques to extract critical information
• Oversee accounting functions and ensure adherence to accrual accounting principles
• Engage in auditing and budget processes to maintain financial integrity
• Participate in capital management activities to ensure financial stability.• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a financial analysis or related role.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential.
• Demonstrated ability in using CRM systems.
• Proficiency in creating and understanding Crystal Reports.
• Familiarity with data mining techniques for financial analysis.
• Extensive knowledge of general accounting functions.
• Experience with accrual accounting methods.
• Demonstrable understanding of auditing procedures.
• Familiarity with budget processes within a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in capital management strategies.
