We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Analyst in Elkhart, Indiana. This role is essential to our operations, with a key focus on managing both incoming and outgoing load, and handling purchasing and logistics tasks. As a Logistics Analyst, you will use your skills in Enterprise Resource Planning, CRM, 3M, and Data Mining Techniques to ensure our logistics operations are efficient and effective.
Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of logistics, including incoming and outgoing load management
• Utilize ERP systems to streamline and optimize logistics processes
• Manage large commercial generators logistics, ensuring safe and timely delivery
• Employ CRM and 3M systems to maintain accurate customer and supplier records
• Use data mining techniques to analyze and improve logistics performance
• Coordinate with various departments and external partners to ensure seamless logistics operations
• Handle purchasing activities, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are available when needed
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in logistics operations
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Logistics Analyst or similar role
• Proficient in 3M, CRM, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations and standards within logistics
• Proven track record of excellent customer service
• Experience in handling purchasing activities within a logistics environment
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with industry-standard logistics software and platforms is a plus.
