Credit Analyst Job at Robert Half in Greensboro

We are seeking a Credit Analyst to join our team in the Wholesale Distribution - Dur Goods industry, located in GREENSBORO, North Carolina. As a Credit Analyst, your main role will be to manage customer credit records, process credit applications, and resolve any customer inquiries. You will also be tasked with monitoring accounts and taking necessary actions.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently processing customer credit applications related to the Construction or Materials supplier industry

• Managing and maintaining accurate customer credit records

• Handling B2B collections and communicating effectively with clients

• Tracking mechanic liens and dates from the last day of delivery

• Overseeing billing for projects that could span over a year or more

• Working in an ERP system, specifically Viewpoint, for business operations

• Analyzing cash flow and managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Understanding and applying knowledge of 3M, Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and Credit Applications

• Implementing effective collection processes to maintain positive cash flow

• Understanding credit and its application in the Wholesale Distribution - Dur Goods industry

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Credit Analyst in the Wholesale Distribution - Dur Goods industry
• Proficiency in 3M operations
• Extensive knowledge of Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required
• Must be adept at using CRM tools
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential
• Proven expertise in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Strong skills in Cash Flow Analysis
• Demonstrable experience in Collection Processes
• Proficient in Credit operations and Credit Application processes
