We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst to join our Manufacturing client located in Racine County, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be expected to analyze financial data, create financial models, and prepare reports to aid in strategic decision-making. This position requires collaboration with other departments to gather and interpret relevant financial information, and contribute to the budgeting and forecasting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop financial models and conduct a thorough analysis of financial data to support decision-making processes.

• Regularly prepare financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the financial data.

• Aid in the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial stability and growth.

• Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data relevant to their operations.

• Provide strategic recommendations based on financial data analysis to improve financial performance.

• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions where necessary.

• Conduct pricing analysis by evaluating pricing strategies and recommending optimal pricing models based on analysis.

• Analyze sales data to forecast future sales and identify factors affecting sales performance.

• Use historical sales data for revenue forecasting and budgeting.

• Assess market conditions and competitor pricing to inform strategic decisions.

• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and pricing.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role or similar position.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of Crystal Reports is a plus.
• Ability to apply Data Mining Techniques in financial analysis.
• Understanding of Accounting Functions, including Accrual Accounting.
• Experience in Auditing is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Budget Processes, including planning and execution.
• Knowledge of Capital Management strategies.
• Proficiency in SAP, SAP Business Intelligence, and SAP ERP systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Power BI tools.
• Ability to create and interpret KPI Reporting.
• Strong Account Analysis skills.
• Experience in Analysis Planning and execution.
• Strong Analytics skills, especially in a financial context.
• Proven experience in Financial Analysis and Financial Analytics.
• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A).
