We are in search of a Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to the company's growth and improvement strategies, focusing on areas such as sales forecasting, pricing analysis, and market trends examination. The successful candidate will be based in BRYAN, Ohio, 43506-8301, United States, and will play a crucial part in supporting the sales team by providing insightful data analysis.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and analyze pricing of customers and competitors across all channels to identify industry changes that may impact sales.
• Collaborate with various team members to align business strategies.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to our pricing structure to increase market competitiveness.
• Develop and maintain channel pricing protocols and procedures.
• Determine and implement corrective actions related to brand and customer mix of products and pricing.
• Update customer databases with price list changes.
• Provide detailed quotes for new products, customer programs, and pricing deviation requests.
• Oversee the quarterly sales forecasting process, including the annual sales budget.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to develop accurate sales forecasts for all brands, products, and channels.
• Analyze sales performance and trends to provide actionable insights for business growth.
• Support product line reviews and enhancements with relevant data.
• Evaluate and track the performance of sales programs, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for special projects and requests as needed.
• Analyze sales vs. historical forecasts to improve future accuracy.
• Identify margin issues and review them with sales, production, and/or procurement teams.• Possesses a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a related role
• Demonstrated skills in analysis and pricing analysis
• Proficient in forecasting and future planning
• Experience with SAP or similar software
• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
