As a Business Analyst, you will be tasked with multiple responsibilities, including the management of customer interactions, analysis of business processes, and improvement of operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Utilization of Atlassian Jira for project management and tracking
• Implementing and managing CRM systems to streamline customer interaction processes
• Conducting Gap Analysis to identify areas of improvement in business processes
• Using Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis and documentation
• Carrying out AB Testing to improve user experience and optimize performance
• Applying Agile Scrum methodologies to manage and deliver projects efficiently
• Evaluating and optimizing business process functions
• Creating and managing Business Requirement Document for clear communication of project requirements
• Overseeing claim administration to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Atlassian Jira.
• Practical experience with CRM systems.
• Ability to conduct thorough Gap Analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Experience with AB Testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum practices.

• Ability to compile and manage a Business Requirement Document.
• Experience in Claim Administration.
