Responsibilities:
• Analyzing and interpreting data using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Utilizing Atlassian Jira and CRM for effective project management
• Conducting gap analysis to identify potential improvements in business processes
• Participating in Agile Scrum meetings to ensure project efficiency
• Conducting AB Testing to optimize business decisions
• Documenting business requirements to guide the development of systems and processes
• Assisting in claim administration to ensure customer satisfaction
• Evaluating and improving business process functions to increase efficiency.• Proficient in Atlassian Jira
• Experience with CRM systems
• Ability to perform Gap Analysis

• Knowledge of AB Testing methodologies

• Experience in creating Business Requirement Document
