Robert Has is recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst in the Lake Gaston area of North Carolina. The primary role involves providing accounting and financial support for the plant in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a financial liaison for the plant, providing analytical and data support for both departmental and Financial needs.

• Conduct monthly financial closing activities and other accounting functions as required.

• Perform monthly cost and variance analysis activity for liaison areas.

• Complete assigned plant and corporate financial reporting needs.

• Support the monthly balance sheet reconciliation process as required.

• Provide support for monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.

• Assist with activities related to internal and external audit requirements.

• Conduct ad hoc analysis, reporting and project support as needed.

• Engage in productivity and cost improvement projects.

• Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role

• Proficiency in Accounting Functions is required

• Familiarity with Budget Processes is essential

• Experience in Capital Management is expected

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is required
