Job Description
We are searching for a Financial Analyst to join our team in Torrance, California. The successful candidate will play a key role in our finance department, handling a variety of duties including troubleshooting data accuracy issues, coordinating financial plans, and developing financial reporting for management. This role also involves using business models to develop long-term projections, providing analytical and forecasting support to senior management, and producing key metrics reports.

Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve data accuracy issues within financial reporting and systems, proposing solutions as necessary
• Coordinate the preparation and presentation of regional financial plans, interpreting trends and financial results
• Develop and publish Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports in collaboration with the Finance, HR, and IS departments
• Create financial reports for various levels of management, communicating actionable insights effectively
• Prepare Board Reporting and Analysis
• Utilize business models to develop projections for long-term analysis based on market conditions
• Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management and restaurant operations
• Produce monthly reports that include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
• Lead the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes.• Applicant must have proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential
• Must be familiar with CRM
• Crystal Reports knowledge is required
• Experience with Data Mining Techniques is beneficial
• A thorough understanding of Accounting Functions is desired
• Knowledge of Accrual Accounting is necessary
• Prior experience in Auditing is a must
• Familiarity with Budget Processes is required
• The candidate must have experience in Capital Management
