Responsibilities:
• Lead the analysis of financial and operational results to assist in strategic decision making
• Take ownership of daily reporting systems to ensure timely and accurate information delivery
• Support the month-end closing and reporting process, including account reconciliations
• Play a key role in the capital appropriation and Fixed Asset support
• Assist in the analysis of plant spending and lead spend management systems
• Extract data and develop reports to support business operations
• Contribute to financial analysis and process development for special projects as required
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed to inform business decisions
• Ensure completion of internal control requirements for financial reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and prepare financial statements accurately.
• Demonstrated experience in KPI reporting and pricing analysis.
• Knowledge and understanding of fixed assets management.
• Expertise in budgeting and forecasting as well as forecasting and modeling.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• Strong ethical standards and integrity in all decision-making.
