Portfolio Solutions: by closely collaborating with Disease Area and Lifecycle teams, your organization is accountable to enable the adoption of Roche’s assets by identifying and deploying portfolio solutions, in the field of Digital Health, Diagnostics and Drug Delivery systems. The creation and go to market of such products will happen in partnership with the Pharma Development, Pharma Technical and Diagnostics organizations, and you will be asked to provide market and patients’ insights, together with solid business cases, to influence decision makers and secure the necessary resourcing for execution.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Therapeutic Areas, Disease Areas, and Lifecycle teams as well as key E2E internal and external stakeholders to enable the adoption of Roche’s assets by identifying, prioritizing, developing, in-licensing and deploying portfolio solutions, in the field of Digital Health, Diagnostics and Drug Delivery systems. Lead and mentor the Digital Health, Diagnostics and Product Optimization (Drug Delivery systems) leaders and team instilling a culture of high performance, accountability, and empowerment. Build, Coach and develop team members, building capabilities in Portfolio Solutions areas to enable realization of OnePharma Strategy and Pharma Ambition, fostering enterprise leadership behaviors and supporting their development. Ensure consistency and strategic alignment of unified MTOs for Portfolio Solutions teams, projects, programs and resources to enable commercialization excellence for therapeutic areas, disease areas, and assets in line with broader set of enterprise priorities. Establish a consistent approach across the solutions to the LCT/CLT and stakeholder engagement and support as well as to the integration into the E2E processes. Create an environment of transparency, fast value creation, rigorous prioritization and customer centricity. Who You Are

10+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry with increasing responsibility and proven track record in a leadership role, from strategic planning to execution and results (multiple projects, complex programs in R&D, PT, or commercial settings, operational leadership including general management/affiliate experience). Has technical and business domain knowledge in commercialization including customer strategy, marketing, digital health, diagnostics, drug delivery systems, medical and product access at Roche, and customer relationship systems and services. Conveys a deep understanding of using strategy to advance and accelerate commercialization excellence and product performance/leadership. Strong vision and experience developing organizational commercial acumen. Demonstrated experience leading large commercial teams, and a deep knowledge of the interconnections between lifecycle development and commercialization. Understands what motivates people/teams to perform at their best and infuses the team and organization with a sense of ambition and purpose; Builds bridges across perspectives (global & affiliate; development and commercialization), geographies and functions; is able to inspire and influence cross global, affiliate and functional teams to deliver high quality results in a timely manner. Has a strong understanding of how to mobilize teams across the R&D, PT, Dia, GPS/PDMA, US, and PI interfaces and can achieve strong results through leading others. Has the ability and expertise to align and collaborate with peers across the organizational interfaces to create the conditions for the overall success of the CLTs and CLT roles. Collaboration: ability to mobilize the organization across divisions and functions and ensures seamless inter-connections. Demonstrates an ability to make tough decisions and tradeoffs around resources in order to achieve organizational goals across the portfolio. Has shown willingness to both challenge as well as support teams in pulling those decisions through in the best possible way for the organization more broadly. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of CA is $252,400 - $468,800. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
