Inventory Lead Assistant (BILINGUAL PREFERRED)

The Assistant to the Inventory Lead is responsible for assisting the Lead of the Inventory Management team in managing all aspects of the department. This includes ensuring all standardized processes are implemented and continuously updated, maintaining clear roles & responsibilities within the divisions of the department, ensuring all tasks and projects are completed by their dedicated resources in a timely manner, and leading special projects towards successful completion. Job Requirements: Extensive experience with ERP systems, preferably within the Microsoft suite. An understanding of warehouse operations management and workflows. Experience with inventory catalog management and maintenance. Past experience with PO/invoice posting and financial reconciliations. Past exposure to a formal bank inventory audit.
