HumCap’s client, the corporate office for a privately owned network of medical practices, is searching for a Financial Analyst to join their team. This role is a unique opportunity to grow professionally within a rapidly expanding organization as the company acquires more medical practices. In this role, you will have exposure to various areas of the business, including finance, corporate operations, and special projects. You’ll be instrumental in supporting the company's growth through analytics and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Spend 40% of your time working closely with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support medical practice performance, identifying trends, variances, and growth opportunities.
  • Another 40% will be dedicated to working on corporate initiatives, supporting leadership with insightful analysis to inform business decisions across various functions, including finance, operations, and clinical research.
  • The remaining 20% will focus on special projects, giving you exposure to different facets of the organization, helping solve critical business challenges, and driving improvements.
  • Analyze financial statements, forecasts, and other data to assist business leaders in making data-driven decisions.
  • Support the annual budgeting process, model financial projections, and collaborate with senior leaders to explore growth initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business and clinical practice leaders across the country.
  • Prepare presentations for executive leadership and the Board of Directors, helping drive the future direction of the company.

What You’ll Bring:
  • A strong academic background with a degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience with financial analysis and modeling
  • Experience with financial analysis, modeling, and business analytics tools such as Microsoft Office, Tableau, or PowerBI.
  • The ability to collaborate across departments, working closely with leadership in accounting, business development, and operations.
  • A drive to take ownership of projects, ask thoughtful questions, and think creatively about how to solve problems.
