Overview: The Product Analyst is responsible for supporting the Product Management team with product launches, market research, leverage data and develop monthly dashboard and report for product managers. Drive and lead product dashboard to understand product performance, gaps in product and member needs and provide recommendation to product managers.
Responsibilities:
Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide analytical support and develop monthly reports on product performance using various volume, revenue, and cost metrics.
- Extract and leverage data sources from various systems to perform data validation on monthly product data, and if necessary, liaise with product stakeholders to ensure data integrity.
- Automate routine reports to improve efficiency.
- Assist with various product related initiatives including but not limited to pricing analysis, collateral material, product dashboard, etc.
- Support key product launch and implementation.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunity alongside Product Managers.
- Conduct member research to identify key member pain points.
- Provide accurate ad hoc reporting, when requested by business line and product management stakeholders.
- Perform other related duties as requested and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS, BBA, etc.) required or a minimum of five years directly related experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Banking Industry working and strong knowledge & understanding of financial products (Consumer Deposit & Lending products)
- Strong reporting, decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills. Highly flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to perform in a high-volume environment and meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Technical Skills: Intermediate Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, conditionals, data models, vlookup, INDEXMATCH, etc.) required, familiarity in database querying (SQL, Power BI)

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 Annually
