Job Description
Are you interested to shape the global brand strategy and lead the whitespace expansion of a Singaporean brand? The Brand and Business Development Senior Manager (Private Labels) will be responsible for leading the global brand equity, portfolio strategy, and international market expansion of one of our private label brands. He/ she will also be required to: Identify consumer needs/ insights, category trends, and commercial opportunities across multiple markets. Study quantitative and qualitative data to identify issues/ opportunities. Lead the development of the Brand Strategic Plan and Regional/Global expansion strategy. Lead the development of the Brand's 24 month rolling New Products Pipeline from ideation, to concept development to NPD qualification to regional marketing launch campaigns and toolkits. Drive growth, track performance, and achieve commercial targets for his/her portfolio; manage A&P budget. Work with cross-functional teams, channel, distributor, and/or agency partners. Qualifications Required:
Degree in any discipline. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience at a leading FMCG company. Business accountability on sales, market share, marketing spends. Proven experience in global/ regional brand strategy, business strategy, and integrated marketing. Experience across different Asian markets. Experience managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Experience leading cross-functional teams, and partnering with media/creative agencies. Self-starter, resilient, able to react quickly in a fast-paced environment, can collaborate effectively across teams. Other Requirements:
Experience in food category is a plus. Experience with supermarkets/ grocery chains is a plus. Flexible on frequent travel.
