NetSuite Business Analyst Job at Robert Half in Santa Fe Springs

We are in search of a NetSuite Business Analyst to join our team located in Santa Fe Springs, California. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing NetSuite to meet our business requirements. You will also manage NetSuite integrations with third-party vendors and collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze business requirements for NetSuite enhancements.

Responsibilities:
• Configure and customize NetSuite to align with business requirements, including custom reports, saved searches, workflows, and user roles.
• Manage NetSuite integrations with third-party vendors, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for NetSuite enhancements.
• Oversee and coordinate with external developers to implement industry-specific solutions and customizations.
• Ensure system integrity by handling NetSuite updates, patches, and system optimization.
• Manage data formatting and preservation.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts for automation and technical solutions as needed.
• Lead and conduct testing phases including integration testing, user acceptance testing, and validation.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of NetSuite functionalities.• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a NetSuite Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proven skills in Atlassian Jira, CRM, Gap Analysis, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
• Experience in AB Testing and Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Proficient in Business Process Functions and Business Requirement Document creation.
• Familiarity with Claim Administration processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
