This position will require travel up to 20% of the time What this job involves: As a Project Management Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving outstanding project management and delivering exceptional results. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster professional growth and development, as they execute projects for a marquee client, ensuring the highest levels of quality and client satisfaction. Foster a culture of collaboration and integration, both within the projects team, account teams, and services, alliance partners, and Clients, to deliver exceptional results. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, working closely with clients to understand their objectives and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnering with the Account and Enterprise division leadership team to drive growth and expand client relationships. Be responsible for executing project team strategies, supporting greater account and Enterprise division P&L strategies, and positively impacting the PDS business and personal brand reputation. Desired experience and skills: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., architecture, construction management, engineering, architecture). 12+ years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the commercial real estate industry. Demonstrated ability to motivate multiple stakeholder groups, both internal and external, to establish effective relationships. Experience communicating with executive-level stakeholders with varying levels of industry experience and vendor expectations. Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams, with exceptional communication and leadership skills. Experience with multiple programs, complex and/or large-scale projects throughout the real estate lifecycle. Doing so in multiple geographies with the ability to navigate regional operational nuances. Comprehensive knowledge of real estate development lifecycle, approval processes, and regulations. Technical: Strong organizational skills and capacity to prioritize and escalate in a complex, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in contract management. Advanced proficiency in project scheduling and budget management. Knowledge and application of a disciplined project management process (Six Sigma and Project Management certifications are a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MSTeams. Preferred: Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, project management). Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, Six Sigma). Experience working in a global organization, collaborating with multicultural and cross-functional teams. Ability to travel as needed.
