STV is currently searching for a
Senior Project Manager
to join our PM/CM Group out of our
Boston Office . The Senior Project Manager may serve as a lead on multiple projects and be responsible for the oversight of the design and construction of facilities related to mechanical systems across a variety of markets including Healthcare, Education, Municipal, Industrial, Federal and Science and Technology industries. JOB REQUIREMENTS: This position includes a combination of engineering oversight and project management duties. This individual manages and coordinates MEP activities and technical resources throughout the project delivery process. Coordinates project delivery based on scope, complexity, and operational requirements. Oversees the quality, accuracy, and completeness of planning, environmental compliance, engineering, design, construction and compliance with established standards, procedures, codes, and ordinances. Plans and develops schedules to ensure the proper and effective distribution of assignments and manpower. Takes an active role in overseeing work that is being completed in the field. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 15 years in the design and construction of engineering systems for large complex buildings. Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Proficient with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Experience using energy modeling software is preferred. Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD is preferred. Accreditation in LEED, Green Globe, or ASHRAE High Performance Buildings is preferred. Compensation Range:
$154,221.56 - $205,628.74 STV is committed to paying all of its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner. The listed pay range is STV's good-faith salary estimate for this position.
